Fast WiFi. Clean and ample space. Comfortable surroundings. Fairly easy to get around with a car. Appliances not great but ok. All in all a good place to rent. Would rent again.

Overall great place to stay. Home was very roomy & spacious. Located in a nice gated neighborhood. Very clean and well maintained. Despite the AC going out & it taking 2 days to get it took care of (mainly due to it being Thanksgiving) I felt like there was lack of communication during this inconvenience.
