We rented this place because it was on the same street as the bride. (here for a wedding) The location was nice, the place itself was great! the pool was small, but I expected it, and the heat for it was amazing (not included/extra cost). it had simple amenities- you only receive one towel per guest so that was rough. since we were showering and using the pool (pool towels would be a recommendation). had cups and simple dishes but they seemed not very clean. the counter felt not grimy, and when we went to us a pot, it was filthy. they made sure to leave an envelope for tipping the cleaner. Blue communicated and was clear. we would stay again for the size of it and the security. the ending our stay tasks were great-normally we have a long list but this time we only had to take out the trash so that was so nice it was what we needed to help the bride, and was wonderful to be so close. thank you for having us!

The home is beautiful and spacious, perfect for our family of 9. The pool heat was wonderful, we used it every day, even though it was chilly outside. The beds/pillows were comfortable. Ample storage in the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms. The washer and dryer work well. Some points to note for future guests. There’s only one towel per person and no wash cloths or pool towels. I’ve never had this issue at an Airbnb. Every home we’ve rented had plenty of towels, and pool/beach towels when there was a pool or beach access. The listing states the kitchen is “fully equipped” but, while there is plenty of flatware and cooking utensils, the pots/pans are far too small to cook for a large group (e.g., there’s just one skillet and it’s only 6”). You could cook for 1-3 people with the small pots/pans available. We had to go buy cookware, towels, wash cloths. Overall, we enjoyed the stay, but thought this information may help future guests prevent unexpected expenses while on vacation.

Had a great time and stay on our golf trip. Blue was quick to respond to communications and was very helpful resolving a connectivity issue that was not within his control. Home was spotlessly clean. Would definitely recommend to anyone considering a stay in the Orlando area.

The house was perfect and spacious for our party of 6 . Clean and tidy and lovely area close to community pool. We had a few delays in couple areas but didn’t have to wait long for results. This time year pool heating essential recommend 95 degrees and have it turned on as soon as you arrive. We had a great week.

We didn't spend a lot of time at the house because it was a business trip. The house was comfortable and clean. The only things that I would say is the garbage can was full to the top, but was emptied a day after we arrived. There may be some raccoons in the roof, which wasn't a huge deal for us, but we did hear them. I would definitely rent again. Date of arrival - January 30, 2024

Blue is a great host, response quickly when contacted. The home was very spacious and comfortable, everyone had their space. My family enjoyed the stay but my only con was l wish they have had an outdoor ceiling fan on the patio and grill. Location and neighborhood is great! I’m a cooker and I had all the essentials I needed to prepare my meals. If you would like to spend peaceful quiet time with your family, I would recommend this home. We stayed in the entire time until it was time to leave. Thank you Blue!
