Pool not working and needing cleaning was a big deal to me when I paid for 7 days and only had it for 4 days! I am still waiting for my refund for the pool that was promised for the inconvenience!

Overall, was what I expected for a weekend stay. Great location but not the most updated property. Had to go purchase face towels as I missed that they weren't provided. Plenty of space for our group. Communication was great as we thought we would need to cancel due to hurricane.

The house was very nice and just as pictured. The area was great — easy to get in and out, friendly guards at the gate, and very close to the parks, which made our stay super convenient. A couple of small things to note: I wish the check-in time was earlier and the check-out time later, as most places typically offer 3 PM check-in and 11 AM check-out without extra charges. I also had to do a bit of extra cleaning around the outside area, but it wasn’t anything major. Additionally, the fridge wasn’t producing ice during our stay. Overall, though, it was a lovely stay and I would consider coming back!
